What if the item I ordered is the wrong size for me?

Are your products machine washable?

We do not recommend machine washing our products. It is commonly accepted that product integrity and the aesthetics of leather (and certain synthetic based products), will always be affected after being machine washed. Therefore it is not advisable. Back to top

What if I want to amend my shopping cart contents during the checkout stage?

At any time before clicking on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button on the Secure Checkout page, you can continue to shop or browse the site by using the links available. When you arrive at the cart summary page again, you will be able to make changes to your cart contents here also. Back to top

How secure and safe are my card details?

All transactions from our site are processed through a secure server hosted by either WorldPay or PayPal, depending on your selection at the Secure Checkout page. We do not hold any customer card details on our servers. Back to top

How quickly do you deliver?

We do our best to despatch all orders swiftly and in most cases this will be within 48 hours during business days. Our fastest delivery option (for UK deliveries) is UK Express Delivery, which will deliver the next working day following despatch. For further delivery information please see here. Back to top

Which delivery partners do you use?

We use a select variety of providers, including but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD and Hermes. The carrier will be selected based on your choice when checking out. For further delivery information please see here. Back to top

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide with leading carriers, however due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain geographical regions outside the UK. This will be indicated at the cart and checkout pages when entering delivery address information. This decision is made at carrier level and therefore beyond our control. What if I need to give special delivery instructions in case I am not in when the parcel arrives?

During checkout you will be able to add special instructions or comments for your order. Your instructions will be passed to the carrier. Back to top

What if I’m not in when delivery is made?

If no-one is in to sign for the delivery (as per special instructions if given), the parcel will be returned to the carrier’s local depot for a re-delivery attempt – or collection if you prefer (this will be detailed in the calling card). After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to our own warehouse and a reshipping charge will be applicable before we are able to despatch again. Back to top

What is your returns / exchange policy?

If I need to proceed with a refund how long will it take?

Once your returned parcel has been received at our warehouse, please allow a maximum of 14 days for our returns department to inspect the item(s) and for the refund to be processed. We will then email you once this has been done. Please note, in order for any returns to be accepted, the ‘Procedure for making a return’ must be followed. Back to top

How do I use a promotional code?

To redeem a promotional code, please enter the code into the ‘Promo Code’ box at the Cart Review page and click ‘Apply’. After entering the promotional code, you will see the cost of your order adjusted within the checkout. Back to top

I have forgotten my account log in details?

Not to worry, you can reset this at the Sign In / My Account area of the website and click on ‘Forgot your Password?’ Enter the exact email you used to create your account.
